Jamestown Audubon Society, Inc. runs the Audubon Center &
Sanctuary on Riverside
Road between Jamestown and Warren. Each year, over 18,000 school children and an
equal number of visitors come to the Center
or are taught by Audubon educators. In addition to programming, the
14,000 square foot facility provides interesting and informative exhibits for
all ages.
Jamestown Audubon Society
raises all the funds for the Center & Sanctuary locally, through memberships,
donations, program fees, special events and grants. The business community
supports it through sponsorships of special events and programs.
One special event which provides cultural enrichment for the
entire community has been
the Art
Festival that Audubon first held in 1995. The Festival highlights nature art.
The 600 acre Sanctuary is a perfect venue to showcase this art. Painters,
sculptors, carvers and artists from other disciplines enjoy showing their
creations in the natural setting of
the Audubon Center & Sanctuary.
In 2008, the art festival will be Art in the Woods with artists
inside the building and
throughout the
grounds around the building. Corporate Sponsorships will help keep the
admission cost down for the Festival, allowing the entire community, children
and adults,
to enjoy it.
There are several
levels of Corporate Sponsorship. Please carefully review the attached
page to find the Sponsorship level that best matches your Company's
community presence with the high visibility of this event in the
Chautauqua-Allegheny Region.
