Application
packets were mailed out in early January to artists who have requested
applications by then. If you were expecting an application and haven't received
it by January 25th, please print one from the file below or
contact us for another.

Jurying for
this show is ongoing.
- We
jury applications in the order received.
Acceptances
- Acceptance
packets will contain full information on load-in & set up. Booth fees are
due within a month of sending the acceptance letters. Email receipts will be sent
if we have your email address.
- Load-in
will be on Friday beginning at noon till 8pm.
Arrangements can be made for load-in and set-up Friday evening or Saturday
morning. Tear down and load out should be completed by dark on Sunday. Some
set-up help, gator and flat-bed is available.
- Food Court
- vendors for ready to eat food & drinks are limited to prevent duplication.
New food vendors are welcome to send information on their offerings to the
festival and if their products could fit, the director will contact the new
vendor for more information.
- Limited
booths are made available to Not for Profit Organizations free of charge.
They are intended to provide the organizations with a way to educate
festival visitors about their organization's mission and in limited
instances to offer products as a fundraiser if they do not compete with
exhibitors.
- Please

opportunities.
