Birthday Party Specials
WHAT DOES YOUR PARTY
INCLUDE?
STANDARD PARTY: (Minimum of 8 or more
players required)
$14.00/Player 30 Minute Game
Includes game time,
10 tokens, unlimited Pepsi, unlimited popcorn, and individual score cards
per player. Birthday person
receives a CHAUTAUQUA LASERS T-shirt or free pass, and the highest scorer in the Birthday group will receive a free
gift from CHAUTAUQUA
LASERS.
ULTIMATE PARTY: (Minimum of 8 or more
players required)
$15.00/Player 30 Minute Game
Includes: The
Standard Package, plus 1 slice of pizza per person. Additional Pizza: $9 (plus tax) per 14 inch
pizza.
Upgrade either party package to a SUPER for an additional $3.50 per
player and play another 30 Minute Game.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER ABOUT YOUR
PARTY:
Players must arrive 30 minutes
before playing time (Total party time 1.75 and 2 hours)
Due to other
scheduled groups, late arrivals may not receive their full playing
time.
FULL PAYMENT
IS DUE THE DAY BEFORE THE BIRTHDAY PARTY.
If the number of players
changes, or if party needs to be cancelled, please call 24 hours
ahead.
CHAUTAUQUA LASERS does not offer cash refunds. In cases where fewer players
attend the party and a 24 hour notice is not given, full payment is due
for the original number of players. Up to 5 free CHAUTAUQUA LASERS passes will be
given in compensation! If your group has less than 20 players, other
players may be added to the session. Also, your party will be split up
evenly when playing. The honoree will be asked to set the teams. CHAUTAUQUA
LASERS provides seating for all playing members
of the birthday party. If additional seating is required, please give us
24 hour notice so accommodations can be made. Birthday cakes and presents
are welcome. Other outside food or beverage IS
NOT PERMITTED . NO COUPONS OR GROUP SPECIALS
WITH BIRTHDAY PARTIES.
