You probably agree that training your workforce is one of the best investments that you can make in your business, but that does not mean that the process of assessing needs, selecting a provider and absorbing the cost is an easy one.  Chautauqua Works can help ease this process.

Assessing Needs:

We can assist in identifying what level of training your orgainzation may need.

Selecting a Provider:

If you are unsure of who provides the type of training you need, we can help you find training providers.  As a part of a more extensive process, Chautauqua Works can assist you in creating a request for proposal (RFP) on your training needs. By using an RFP, you will be able to assess and compare training provider's qualifications and costs.

The following are some helpful links to get you started:

Grants:

Members of the business services team can assist you in identifying and applying for grants for which your business may qualify. Grants may help to defray the costs of training projects that provide employees with credentials, certifications, or skill upgrades. Chautauqua Works can also refer you to the appropriate training providers who have the programs that fit your needs.
